Rights arising from a lack of conformity are independent of the period for returning goods due to a change of mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You may communicate your decision to cancel through the Right of withdrawal<\/a> page on blade.es, preferably quoting your order number. Blade will try to stop preparation or dispatch and, if the order is already in transit, will arrange the return with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You may give notice of withdrawal before receiving the product. Preparation of the parcel does not make the exercise of this right subject to Blade’s discretionary approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You have fourteen calendar days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the product to communicate your withdrawal from the purchase, without having to give a reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Where a single order includes products delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last product. If a product is delivered in several lots or pieces, it runs from receipt of the last lot or piece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It is sufficient to send your notice before the period expires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To communicate your decision to withdraw, go to the Right of withdrawal<\/a> page on blade.es and complete the form. Provide details that allow the order to be identified. You do not need to give a reason. The form will ask you to confirm and, once your request has been registered, you will automatically receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email with a verification code. That email records the date and time of your notice, which is what counts for the fourteen-day period, and is provided on a durable medium so that you can keep it as proof. If you have an account on blade.es, you can also check the status of your request under My account<\/a>, in the Right of withdrawal section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Using this form helps us process your request, but it does not affect the validity of another unequivocal statement of withdrawal communicated within the statutory period, for example the statutory model withdrawal form<\/a> sent by email or post. Use of the statutory model form is voluntary. The absence of an order number will not invalidate a notice that allows the purchase to be identified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Blade will provide the necessary instructions, an RMA reference and a DHL label or collection, as appropriate. The RMA identifies the return; it is not an authorisation on which the right of withdrawal depends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We recommend contacting us before dispatch to arrange the free return. If Blade takes time to respond, the effective date of your notice will remain the date of your statement of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Unless collection by Blade has been arranged, you must send back or hand over the product without undue delay and within fourteen calendar days of giving notice. The deadline is met if you dispatch it before the period expires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If Blade offers to collect the product, it will arrange collection with you and you must keep the product available for handover. Keep your proof of handover or dispatch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Blade bears the direct cost of returns following withdrawal from purchases covered by this policy and provides the necessary transport, including an appropriate solution if the product requires special collection because of its size.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You will not be required to pay for the label in advance, and the cost of the return service arranged by Blade will not be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you prefer to use another carrier, contact us beforehand to agree on the arrangements and the transport costs Blade will cover. This coordination does not affect the validity of your withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You may examine and handle the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, in a manner comparable to what would be possible in a shop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Return the complete product, including the accessories, parts and documentation supplied, with adequate protection. We recommend using the original packaging where available; its absence does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You will only be liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for these checks, in the circumstances provided by law. Blade must substantiate any diminished value; no automatic penalty will apply for opening the packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Opening the packaging of headband or over-ear headphones to examine them does not in itself exclude the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If other products are sold to which a statutory health or hygiene exception applies, the exception must be justified and expressly disclosed before purchase. No blanket exclusion will apply to all opened products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you withdraw from the entire purchase that entitled you to a linked gift, you must also return that gift. Partial returns will be subject to the disclosed promotional terms and applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Failure to return a gift will not result in arbitrary charges or the automatic loss of the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you withdraw from the entire order, Blade will refund the amount actually paid for the products and the initial delivery costs corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery option offered. The additional cost of a more expensive option voluntarily chosen will not be refunded. If only one delivery option was offered, that option will be the reference. If the initial delivery was free, there will be no delivery amount to refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The refund will be made without undue delay and within fourteen calendar days of receiving notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, and without any charge to the consumer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Where Blade has not offered to collect the products, it may withhold the refund until it has received them or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first. If Blade has offered to collect them, it will not withhold the refund merely because it has not yet received them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You may withdraw from the purchase of one or more items in an order. The amount actually paid for the returned products will be refunded. For a partial return, initial shipping charges will not be refunded where the same charge would have applied to the items you keep; the relevant portion will be refunded where legally required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n No new shipping charge will be imposed retrospectively, and no automatic penalty will apply because the order no longer meets a free shipping threshold. Any promotional adjustments must have been disclosed in advance and must be legally permissible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you receive an item different from the one ordered or damaged in transit, contact us through the support form<\/a> on blade.es.
