Destinations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Blade delivers to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium and Austria, within the areas and postcodes enabled at checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and countries not listed are excluded. Delivery to islands and special territories of eligible countries requires express availability for the relevant postcode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Preparation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders are prepared at Blade&#8217;s premises in Barber\u00e0 del Vall\u00e8s, Barcelona, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparation usually takes approximately 24 working hours from confirmation of the order and payment. Orders received at weekends or on public holidays begin to be processed on the next working day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparation time is additional to the carrier&#8217;s transit time. Pre-orders and purchases of products marked as sold out are not accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Shipping and delivery times<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders are shipped through DHL Parcel or DHL Express, depending on the destination and the characteristics of the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before completing the purchase, the customer will be informed of the delivery period or date applicable to the order according to its destination. The total delivery time will include preparation and transit. Preparation usually takes approximately 24 working hours, as stated above; this is not the total delivery time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Blade will deliver the order without undue delay and within the agreed period. Unless another period is expressly agreed, delivery will take place no later than thirty calendar days from conclusion of the contract. This limit does not extend any shorter delivery period promised at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Shipping charges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipping charges are calculated using the value of the products before promotional discounts, excluding shipping charges themselves. The area and postcode restrictions set out in section 1 apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No special rates or surcharges apply to bulky products. Any future changes will be communicated before the contract is concluded and will not affect orders already placed under a concluded contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No additional charges will be imposed unless they have been disclosed and accepted before the contract is concluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Tracking and split orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When the order is dispatched, Blade will provide the available tracking information and the carrier&#8217;s link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An order may be dispatched in several parcels for logistical reasons or to protect the products. Splitting an order at Blade&#8217;s discretion will not result in additional charges for the customer. Several tracking numbers may be provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If items from the same order are received separately, the withdrawal period will run from receipt of the last item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Address and failed delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers must check their delivery details. If they identify an error, they may report it as soon as possible through the <a href=\"https:\/\/blade.es\/en\/support\/\">support form<\/a> on blade.es. Blade will try to correct it and will coordinate the available options with the carrier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the recipient is absent or delivery fails, Blade will contact the customer to resolve the issue. Delivery attempts and options depend on the service booked; a fixed number of attempts is not guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Blade will bear the cost of return transport and, where agreed, redelivery, without automatically deducting these costs from the refund. If the order is returned to Blade, redelivery or the appropriate refund will be arranged with the customer. Absence alone will not be treated as a notice of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Delays<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the order does not arrive within the stated period, the customer may contact Blade, which will investigate the issue and offer a solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where provided by law, consumers may allow an appropriate additional period for delivery and terminate the contract if delivery still does not take place. An additional period is not required where Blade refuses to deliver or where delivery on the agreed date is essential under the statutory conditions. Termination will result in the relevant amounts being refunded without undue delay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Damage or loss<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the parcel is damaged, customers are encouraged to record this with the carrier, retain the packaging and take photographs where possible. The issue may be reported through the <a href=\"https:\/\/blade.es\/en\/support\/\">support form<\/a> on blade.es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Failure to record reservations with the carrier or to report the issue within a very short period does not automatically remove the consumer&#8217;s rights. Blade will handle the issue and the costs of collection and the remedy where the product arrives damaged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of a suspected loss, Blade will investigate with the carrier. Customers will not be required to claim directly against DHL as a condition for obtaining a solution. The investigation will not indefinitely suspend their rights arising from non-delivery. A replacement shipment or refund will be offered, as appropriate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Risk during transit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where Blade arranges transport, the risk of loss or damage remains with Blade until the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the order.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>blade.es \u00b7 Blade Representaciones, S.L.
