2. Purpose and Scope
This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the Website, together with the responsibilities arising from use of its content, features and services. The Website provides information about and sells gaming accessories, related technology products and merchandise, including, where applicable, products associated with third-party brands, characters or licences.
Purchases are also governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the time, which must be available before an order is completed and expressly accepted by the purchaser.
3. Acceptance of the Terms of Use
By accessing and browsing the Website, a person becomes a user and accepts this Legal Notice. Users who do not agree with its terms should refrain from using the Website.
