  • Customer service hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, mainland Spain time, excluding public holidays.

2. Purpose and scope

These terms govern purchases of the products offered on blade.es. The Shipping Policy and the Returns and Withdrawal Policy supplement these terms and are available before an order is placed.

The version of the terms provided to the customer when entering into the contract shall apply. Subsequent changes will not alter orders already placed under a concluded contract.

Specific consumer protection provisions apply to those who legally qualify as consumers. Purchases made for business or professional purposes are governed by the relevant section and applicable law.

3. Capacity to enter into a contract

The person placing the order must have the legal capacity required to enter into a contract. Anyone acting on behalf of a company or another person must be authorised to do so.

The information provided during checkout must be accurate and allow payment and delivery to be processed.

4. Available destinations

Delivery is available to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium and Austria, within the areas and postcodes enabled at checkout.

Delivery is not available to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, or to any other countries not included in the list above.

Islands and special territories of the eligible countries are only included where their postcode is expressly enabled. Delivery restrictions will be displayed at the start of the checkout process.

5. Product information

Each product page sets out the essential characteristics of the product and, where applicable, its dimensions, contents, compatibility, usage requirements, warnings and limitations.

Before purchasing, customers may ask Blade any questions about whether the product is suitable for its intended use. Compatibility information does not limit the customer’s rights if the product received does not match what was advertised.

Images supplement the description. The appearance of colours may vary between screens; this does not exclude liability for material differences from the characteristics agreed in the contract.

6. Availability

Pre-orders are not accepted. Products marked as sold out or out of stock cannot be purchased.

The option to receive an availability notification, where offered, does not constitute an order, a reservation or a commitment to purchase.

If an inventory issue prevents an order from being fulfilled, Blade will notify the customer promptly and refund the relevant amounts without undue delay. Blade will not substitute another product without the customer’s consent. For orders containing several items, Blade will agree with the customer how to proceed with the remaining items.

7. Prices and taxes

Prices are stated in euros and include the taxes applicable to consumer sales. The destination may determine the VAT treatment; the final amount will be displayed before the order is confirmed.

Shipping charges will be itemised before payment. No shipping surcharges apply to bulky products. Paid services will not be added through pre-selected options.

Price changes will not affect contracts already concluded. If an error is identified in the information relating to an order, Blade will contact the customer to resolve it in accordance with applicable law, without unilaterally imposing a higher price.

8. Promotions

Each promotion will specify its duration, the products included, its requirements and, where applicable, restrictions on combining it with other offers. Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

The discount and its effect on the total will be shown before payment. No penalties or recalculations arising from a return will be applied unless they have been disclosed and are legally permissible.

Shipping charges are determined using the value of the products before promotional discounts, excluding shipping charges themselves. Applying a discount will not remove free shipping if the order met the threshold before the discount.

For mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, shipping is free for orders of €49 or more and costs €3.99 for orders below €49. For all other available destinations, shipping is free for orders of €99 or more and costs €6.99 for orders below €99. No special rates or surcharges apply to bulky products.

9. Purchase process

The customer selects the products, reviews the basket, provides the information required for delivery and invoicing, chooses from the available payment methods and checks the final summary.

Before confirming, the customer may correct the information and consult these terms. The final button will clearly indicate that placing the order entails an obligation to pay.

The contract may be concluded in Spanish or English. Guest checkout is available, without the need to create an account.

The customer receives an order confirmation by email. If a copy is needed, it may be requested through the support link on blade.es, including for purchases made as a guest.

10. Payment

Customers may pay by card or Bizum. The transaction will be processed through the relevant payment providers and may require the applicable authentication checks.

If payment cannot be completed, the customer will be notified and may contact Blade. A pending transaction appearing on a bank account does not necessarily amount to final confirmation of the order.

11. Contract confirmation

The customer will receive an order confirmation by email. Blade also receives a notification containing the customer’s details and the items ordered.

If the customer loses the confirmation, a copy may be requested through the support link available on blade.es, without having created an account to make the purchase.

12. Invoicing

Customers are entitled to receive an invoice for their purchase. Electronic invoicing requires their express consent, which may be withdrawn. A paper invoice will not incur an additional charge for the consumer.

Requests relating to invoicing or corrections to billing details may be submitted through the support form on blade.es.

13. Cancellation before delivery

Customers may request cancellation through the support form on blade.es, preferably quoting the order number. They may also use the website’s cancellation function when available.

Blade will try to stop preparation and dispatch. If the parcel is already in transit, Blade will explain the available return options. Preparation of the order or the logistical inability to stop it does not remove the consumer’s right of withdrawal or prevent the consumer from exercising it before receiving the product.

An accepted cancellation will be refunded without undue delay using the same payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Where the cancellation constitutes an exercise of the right of withdrawal, the specific time limits and rules for withdrawal will apply.

14. Preparation and delivery

Orders are prepared in Barberà del Vallès, usually within approximately 24 working hours of confirmation of the order and payment, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery will be made through DHL Parcel or DHL Express, depending on the service assigned to the destination. Preparation time and transit time will be stated separately.

The delivery period communicated before the contract is concluded will apply to the order. Unless another period has been agreed, delivery will take place without undue delay and within the general statutory limit of thirty calendar days from conclusion of the contract.

The rules on charges, tracking, delays and failed deliveries are set out in the Shipping Policy.

15. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have fourteen calendar days from receipt to communicate their decision to withdraw without giving a reason. For orders whose products are delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last product.

Blade bears the direct cost of the return and provides a label or arranges collection. The procedure is set out in the Returns and Withdrawal Policy.

The form and RMA number help with processing, but they are not requirements for an unequivocal notice of withdrawal to be valid.

16. Statutory guarantee

As the seller, Blade is liable for any lack of conformity of the products it sells, including products from third-party brands.

For consumer purchases subject to Spanish law, liability for a lack of conformity of goods covers any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years of delivery, subject to the statutory provisions.

Consumers may request repair or replacement, unless this is impossible or disproportionate under the statutory rules. Blade’s usual practice of replacing products does not remove any rights of choice available to consumers. Where the statutory conditions are met, a price reduction or termination of the contract will be available.

Remedies will be free of charge, including necessary transport costs, and will be provided within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. Any commercial guarantees will be additional to the statutory guarantee.

17. Transaction security

Blade may carry out proportionate checks where there are objective indications of fraud or unauthorised use of a payment method. Blade will report any issues and handle amounts charged in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Quantity limits and commercial restrictions will be communicated before purchase. Blade will not reserve a discretionary right to cancel valid contracts for undisclosed reasons.

18. Customer service and complaints

The support form available on blade.es is the main channel for customer service and for submitting and handling enquiries, issues and complaints.

Customers are encouraged to provide the order number, a description of the issue and the requested solution. Blade may request documentation reasonably necessary to process the matter, without imposing disproportionate requirements.

Blade will acknowledge complaints and respond as soon as possible, within the applicable statutory maximum period and, in any event, within one month, unless a shorter period is required.

19. Business or professional purchases

Anyone purchasing for purposes related to their business or professional activity will not have the statutory right of withdrawal reserved for consumers.

B2B commercial returns due to a change of mind require prior agreement with Blade. This does not remove rights arising from an incorrect, damaged or contractually non-conforming product.

20. Data protection

Personal data will be processed to manage the purchase and for the other purposes described in the Privacy Policy on blade.es. Acceptance of these terms does not in itself constitute consent to receive advertising.

21. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Where Blade directs its activities to a consumer’s country of habitual residence, this choice of law will not deprive the consumer of the applicable mandatory consumer protection provisions.

Disputes will be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law. Consumers are not required to submit exclusively to the courts at Blade’s place of business.
